Brief History:
Lucas Rogers was a man who loved plants. He loved making gardens, and is a great cook. He loved plants since he was young, when he was helping his parents work at their farm. One day, while he was looking at some plant shops, he met a woman who seemed to know a lot about plants. He introduced himself, and they talked about plants and gardening. He met the woman the other day, who introduced herself as Demeter. Lucas told her about his garden, and Demeter was interested. Lucas took Demeter to his garden, and told Demeter about his interest in plants. As they talked, Lucas started to have an interest in her. Then after many days, Lucas confessed his feelings, and then they started to date. After a few days, Demeter told Lucas she was pregnant. She told him she had to go somewhere, and Lucas told her to come back when their child is born. After a few months, Demeter came back, showing Lucas his son, and told him that she had to leave.
Samuel grew up loving plants, and was good in taking care of them. Even in a young age, he already took care of plants. Every time he goes to their garden, the plants become healthy. His father was surprised by his skill, and thought that when Samuel grows up, he would be more skilled with plants than him. One day, Lucas gave Samuel a book, and as he read it, he told his father that he was having a hard time reading it. His father did not know why, but one of his friends told him to make his son checked. After that, Samuel was diagnosed with dyslexia. His father decided to read the book to him, because of his dyslexia.
When Samuel was in school, he was one of those average kids. He had troubles, but he also has those good times. But the only problem with him was that he can't sit still. He wanted to walk around, and loves playing with his friends. This is all because of his ADHD. But mostly, he was smart. The only thing keeping him from getting high grades is his dyslexia, since he can't read books that well. Whenever he goes home, he always looks around their plants, which he finds a really interesting topic.
When Samuel became older, he loved going to nature parks with his father. He started taking care of his own plants, and they were usually healthy. His father was really happy to have him, and everyday he would have someone to talk to about plants. Sometimes, Samuel talks to plants, like the plant was replying. But there was one day that was weird. He was talking to his plant, telling it to grow faster. But as he said that, he felt power in his hand. As he lifted it, the plant did grow higher. He immediately put his hand down, and was surprised at what happened. He told this to his father, who smiled, and said that he was like his mother, a good gardener.
But when he became thirteen, things started to become weird. Plants listen to what he says. Some plants become healthy when he visits them. His plant manipulation became stronger, and sometimes, when he is bullied, the plant beside them would tangle the bully's feet and trip the bully. He also had a best friend in school named Steve, who was a limp and always wears pants. When he laughs, its like he is doing goat sounds. But the good thing is, his friend also loves nature and plants, just like him.
But on the last day of school, his life became weirder. Steve told Samuel that they should go to his house together. Samuel thought that they would play video games at his house like what they usually do. But Steve doesn't look like he's in the mood to play any video games. As they went to Samuel's house, Steve talked to his father. Steve said that he wanted to take Samuel to a summer camp, and Lucas accepted. Then, he took them a ride there. But as they were driving to Camp Half-Blood, Samuel heard something following them. When he looked back, he saw something chasing them. It had one eye, and Steve immediately shouted to his father to hurry up. But then, the monster hit their car, and it tripped over. They were able to get out, and Samuel saw the thing that was chasing them. It was a Cyclops, and it was going to attack them.
The Cyclops was holding a club, and it charged to Samuel, Steve, and Lucas. The Cyclops slammed his club, but they all dodged. Steve grabbed something from his bag, a coin. He threw it to Samuel, and as Samuel grabbed it, it turned into a sword. Steve told Samuel that they had to fight it, so Samuel charged. He hit the Cyclops on the leg, but the Cyclops almost hit him with the club. Then, Lucas called the Cyclops. He distracted it, and Samuel took one slash to the Cyclops. The Cyclops was angered, and hit Samuel with its club. Samuel was able to get up. His hands were filled with power that he felt an urge to release. As he lifted his hands, four large plants went out of the ground and attacked the Cyclops. As the Cyclops was distracted, Samuel ran and hit it on the chest, and it disintegrated.
After that, Steve and Samuel were tired. Lucas did not believe what he just saw. Steve told Lucas that he would bring Samuel to camp, and told him to go so he would be safe. Samuel hugged his father before he went away, and went to camp with Steve. As they reached camp, Samuel felt tired, and almost collapsed, if Steve did not catch him.
The next day, Samuel woke up in the infirmary, being treated with ambrosia. His body felt pain from the Cyclops' hit, but as he was treated, he became fine, and was able to get up. After that, he was shown around camp, and he was interested by it. Camp looked really nice, the problem was that the kids were all powerful, and Samuel was one of them. After the campfire sing-along, Samuel was claimed by Demeter.
Now on his third year, he was happy to be in camp. His cabin was wonderful, truly his favorite, since it was full of plants and was a good place for a gardener.

Theme Song:
New Divide by Linkin Park
Lyrics
I remembered black skies, the lightning all around me
I remembered each flash as time began to blur
Like a startling sign that fate had finally found me
And your voice was all I heard that I get what I deserve
So give me reason to prove me wrong, to wash this memory clean
Let the floods cross the distance in your eyes
Give me reason to fill this hole, connect the space between
Let it be enough to reach the truth that lies across this new divide
There was nothing in sight but memories left abandoned
There was nowhere to hide, the ashes fell like snow
And the ground caved in between where we were standing
And your voice was all I heard that I get what I deserve
So give me reason to prove me wrong, to wash this memory clean
Let the floods cross the distance in your eyes across this new divide
In every loss, in every lie, in every truth that you'd deny
And each regret and each goodbye was a mistake too great to hide
And your voice was all I heard that I get what I deserve
So give me reason to prove me wrong, to wash this memory clean
Let the floods cross the distance in your eyes
Give me reason to fill this hole, connect the space between
Let it be enough to reach the truth that lies across this new divide
Across this new divide, across this new divide
