Mythomagic is a popular demigod card/ dice game that is played at camp. The object of the game is to collect cards (maximum of 50 cards you can own at one time) and battle against opponents to win their cards/ drachma/ quest points. A more powerful deck leads to a more powerful player.

I. What you need to play:
A. A deck of 10 cards.1. PM Echoe for your starter deck if you have yet to receive one.
B. Simple arithmetic skills.
C. Your deck template.
II. Object of the game:
A. To get your opponent's hp to 0.
B. Claim stake prizes at the end of the game.
III. How to play the standard way:
A. Players take a deck template and set their cards in the deck along with proper health points (hp): 100 is the start, plus your quest point amount. Once both have posted, player one starts.1. The hp bar's ubbc input tag looks like this (without spaces): [ H P = # / # ].
2. Fill in both numbers with your starting health points (normally 100).
3. Should look like this: [h p = 1 0 0 / 1 0 0 ]
4. The actual bar will appear like so:

5. Every time you are hit, subtract from the bar the amount of att. you were hit with. Example: hit with 18 att. results in loss of 18 hp which equals 82 / 100 or:

B. Player one rolls two dice by clicking on the dice icon located in the tag bar of the post.1. The inputted tag will look like this (without spaces): [ d i c e = 1 0 ]
2. You cannot cheat if you go to preview your dice, they will not show. If you edit your post, the dice will still not change. Nevertheless, try not to edit your posts.
C. The dice will in turn, appear as so:

D. Each dice roll corresponds with the card number in your deck. Post to see your roll then submit another post below.
E. These two cards are brought forth into attack position. This is called your pair. IF YOU ROLL THE SAME NUMBER with both dice, you can only bring that one card into play once, not twice.
F. Use the card's attack + the powers/attributes. Read the cards carefully to figure out if you lose/gain attack/ hp.
G. The amount that is subtracted from your opponent's HP is listed. Do the mathematics out loud: ex. 11 att. - 100 hp = 89 / 100.1. You are responsible for updating your hit points.
H. Continue to play until one player's hp is at zero.

C. How to decipher the table:1. Custom title: you can go crazy and design whatever you want.
2. Player: pretty self explanatory. Insert one or two.
3. Cards: Each card is labeled 1-10.
4. Note: Notes are to keep track of anything that happens to a card during game play.
5. Health Bar: Updated bar of your health.
IV. Cards- from top to bottom.
A. Name: The card name.
B. Symbol: The card's designated symbol in relevance to a God/dess. Some cards don't have this. A symbol that looks like a snake is a monster symbol.
C. Picture: An actual picture of the actress/actor from the movie or a painting/ representation of the card.
D. Attack Attribute: The amount of attack the card has. If you cannot read roman numerals, you can check out the cheat sheet right side table.
E. Powers/Attributes: Special attacks/ combinations that the card has.
F. Series Number: The number out of the total series that the card is.
G. Citation: Where the image source came from (i.e. Lightning Thief movie or a famous painting).
V. Stakes
A. You are allowed to place bets before a game. Placing a bet means you acknowledge the risks that come with.
B. Serious betting will only be consistent of: drachma, other cards.
C. A regular, fully-played game will earn a winning camper 20 cabin points and a win on the Mythomagic leader board. If you are playing someone from your own Cabin, no cabin points can be won. **New rule that loser will NOT gain any cabin points. Too much work for the admins!** YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PMING THE ADMINISTRATOR IF YOU HAVE NOT GOTTEN YOUR PROPER CABIN POINTS!
VI. Shop/Exchange/Trading
A. You may only use the deck you were given and any cards you win/purchase. THERE IS NO GIVING AWAY CARDS.
B. If you would like to buy cards with drachma, check out the mythomagic shop.
C. If you are interested in trading your cards, you may check out the Trading sub-board.
VII. Specific Rules:
A. No Cheating, obviously.
B. Take turns. Only one round per person unless a card specifies the opponent skip a turn.1. ROUND = 1 PLAYER'S TURN.
C. If there is an argument, please PM Echoe or Thane.
D. There is no deleting posts.
E. If you roll the same number dice, you can only use the card ONCE and no re-rolls!
F. Follow the cards exactly. Use the note space to keep track of special attributes that cards earn.
G. If you are unsure about a certain card, PM Echoe or Thane.
H. If a player does not post for three weeks, the game will be considered over and other player wins by default.
I. Unless a power says addition to the TOTAL attack points, only add/multiply to the CARD.
