Skylar, the blind Athena boy, has a straightforwardness and incredible courage that is often shown to people whoever they are that seems to give off a negative impression on him, but he can't help it. For Gods' sake, he can't see, so you can't blame him for not knowing your emotions though he tries his best to understand the facial expression you give him after you speak. Besides being oblivious to feelings, he's also very accepting and is the perfect shoulder to cry on since he never asks why you would cry because he simply doesn't think he should care until it gets serious; Sky also despises being used because of his disadvantage in life and can detect that really easily.
For being a natural smart-ass, Skylar is a normal guy with an obsessive craving for peanut butter. It's really weird, so he keeps it a secret and mentions it only a few times though it can be noticeable. Along with that, he really, really loves hand puzzles like the Rubix-Cube and will go to the extreme to solve another different kind of puzzle. Besides that shizz, Skylar just loves to hang-out and chill under a tree with presences of people around him.
About Friends: Friends, one of the most important thing in life. Of course, Sky will depend on you to guide him to wherever and stuff, but he'll make sure to owe something later and can go from stolen treasures to handmade items from Tennessee. Like any other person, he's eternally loyal to comrades and can't ever turn his back on them even if it's life threatening or dangerous. Skylar won't ever in life reprimand any of his friends because he understands what they go through and tries to help them in the best way he can. He wants to be the older brother figure to everybody, but he also wants to be the person that anyone can trust fully. Skylar just wants people to befriend him for himself and not only get friends because of pity.
About Lovers: If you have a good personality, patience, and committed to the relationship, then you're a shoe in for being his girlfriend, and you bet that he'll like you for you since being sightless means that he won't judge you on appearance. You just have to help him with a lot of stuff that really easy in life.
About Enemies: Okay, the people that he would avoid would the type to just push his buttons and take advantage of him; you bet he'll remember your name and your voice because he will go past limits to get revenge. Skylar's not the type to take insults and people who verbally bashes his friends; he'll freaking tell you straight up that you're a [insert any swear words you would describe a person] and go all Monster on you. That's no lie. If you really want to piss him off that bad and witness what would happen, physically hurt his friend and cuss him off then you'll understand why he names himself the "Idiot that Goes Off into His Own World.
