There is a rustle in the bushes to your right but you resist the urge to turn your head and look. The thieves know you have come to bring them to justice. Moving only your eyes you see a knife wielding man moving your way. Two more thugs approach but are unsure of your location. In one fluid motion you materialize from the tree and fire three arrows. Three men drop with a black fletched arrow protruding from their chest, never knowing what hit them. Silently you melt back into the underbrush, your mottled gray and green cloak hiding you from the other three sets of eyes that are out there looking for you… Welcome to Halt’s Playground where you are a ranger of Araluen.
