DEMIGOD
1st Year at Camp
Age: 13
Son/Daughter of Athena.
Alliance: Resistance
Appearance:
Eyes: Large gray eyes, buzzing at such an intensity that they could slap you from across a room -- they're hard to miss. She also wears glasses because of reading in the dark.
Hair: PJ's hair is long and blonde, with loose curls. She sticks with a simple lemon scented shampoo, because she doesn't like to get all picky with beauty products (she's got a fear that it will change her for the worst). She usually keeps it all tied up in a ponytail, because it's easiest to manage that way, and it stays out of her face. Never know when you'll need to fight.
Height: 5'5 1/2
Build Type: Slim and strong.
Brief Description: PJ is one of those girls who have mixed blood. She is of British, French, Hungarian, Spanish, American, and Filipino descent.
She stands tall at 5 foot 5 and a half. Her long blonde hair could either be straight, wavy, or curly, depending on their state when she woke up. Her blue-gray eyes show fierceness and they have a little glint in them that shows humour and a playful side. Though PJ grew up fast and never really seemed like a child, she has a few freckles dusted on her nose and cheeks that bring out some kind of innocence in her. She also bites her nails which are covered in chipped aquamarine nail polish.
Background:
Mortal Parent(s): Phillip Collins, father
Other Family: Shalom Collins, Step-Mother
Pets: A jet-black owl named Pandora and an orange-and-black-striped cat named Astrid
Brief History: Primrose Jane Collins was "born" to the Goddess Athena, and to the mortal Phillip Collins. But as she grew older, she realized she didn't quite fit into the family that her mother placed her in. Because of her blood, her stepmother didn't trust her -- found her unsafe to be around the rest of the family. She felt excluded, and she hated it. Unlike Annabeth Chase, who when greeted with this gesture ran off, Primrose, or PJ, as she would much prefer to be called, kept her hatred with how she was being raised to herself and moved on with life. She studied in a boarding school in California and did particularly well, if you wouldn't count the times she'd been to detention. In fact, the academy would kick her out, if it weren't for the fact that expelling her would mean losing the most vital player in their baseball team. She has two best friends, one being a girl who could see through the mist named Madeleine, and the school satyr named Darren who brought her to Camp Half-Blood. PJ was immediately claimed as a daughter of Athena and when she was brought to her cabin, she laughed and said that Athena must have done mindsex a lot. She stays in Camp Half-Blood during the summer and goes to a boarding school during the rest of the year which means that she doesn't see her family anymore and she'd preferred stayed that way.
Personality:
PJ is a genuine and sweet girl, though most people think otherwise. Once people get to know her, she surprises them with her liberal ideas and idealistic views.
PJ is highly opinionated, and very vocal, she will go so far as to have a whole debate in her head. She loves to dream up people, events, situations, plotting out what people would say and how they would react if she were to say a certain thing. She is very bubbly and energetic, which can sometimes be off-putting to people. She can be very pessimistic though. She has always been a very good judge of character and will either like you or not. And if PJ dislikes you then she dislikes you, and there is no way to change that.
To sum it all up, PJ is annoyingly stubborn, hopelessly romantic, incredibly imaginative, a bit over-emotional, super social, seriously opinionated, highly intelligent, horrifyingly violent, happily bubbly, hyper-actively energetic, hurtfully tactless, smart-arsedly sarcastic, dryly witty, and a total tomboy. Practically the only girly thing about her is her interest in fashion and boys. She could be impudent, mischievous, outspoken, rebellious, temperamental, and she most of the time lazes around, but she is a very bright girl and gets straight-As nonetheless.

Fatal Flaw: Hubris and Insomnia
Theme Song: Long Live by Taylor Swift
Lyrics
I still remember this moment
In the back of my mind
The time we stood with our shaking hands
The crowds in stands went wild
We were the kings and the queens
And they read off our names
The night you danced like you knew our lives
Would never be the same
You held your head like a hero
On a history book page
It was the end of a decade
But the start of an age
Long live the walls we crashed through
While the kingdom lights shined just for me and you
I was screaming, long live all the magic we made
And bring on all the pretenders, one day we will be remembered
I said, remember this feeling
I passed the pictures around
Of all the years that we stood there on the sidelines
Wishing for right now
We are the kings and the queens
You traded your baseball cap for a crown
When they gave us our trophies
And we held them up for our town
And the cynics were outraged
Screaming, this is absurd
'Cause for a moment a band of thieves
In ripped-up jeans got to rule the world
Long live the walls we crashed through
While the kingdom lights shined just for me and you
I was screaming, long live all the magic we made
And bring on all the pretenders, I'm not afraid
Long live all the mountains we moved
I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you
I was screaming, long live the look on your face
And bring on all the pretenders, one day we will be remembered
Hold on to spinning around
Confetti falls to the ground
May these memories break or fall
And you take a moment
Promise me this
That you'll stand by me forever
But if God forbid fate should step in
And force us into a goodbye
If you have children someday
When they point to the pictures
Please tell them my name
Tell them how the crowds went wild
Tell them how I hope they shine
Long live the walls we crashed through
I had the time of my life with you
Long, long live the walls we crashed through
All the kingdom lights shined just for me and you
And I was screaming, long live all the magic we made
And bring on all the pretenders, I'm not afraid
Singing, long live all the mountains we moved
I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you
And long, long live the look on your face
And bring on all the pretenders, one day we will be remembered

Role Playing Sample: [taken from my post in an HP RPG]
Nika took a swig of butterbeer she stole from the kitchens and climbed up the stairs to the Astronomy tower, glaring at everyone who stood in her way. She wasn't having a particularly good day. She and Gemma ran into a Seventh year that morning who was nothing but trouble. The seventh year smoked, swore, and even had a go at her mother. Pissed off so much, she didn't even bother going to a single class that day. But of course, she couldn't hide behind her bed's drapery forever.
She decided to go to the Astronomy tower to stargaze, one of the few things that really calmed her down. She saw two Gryffindor upperclassmen there but didn't really care; It wasn't as if she had ever spoken to them anyway to ever have had problems.
She leaned on the wall of the tower, the same wall on which the telescopes leaned for support, and proceeded on sitting on it, too engulfed in the stars' beauty for her to even bother caring if she was in danger of a free-fall. The thought that the stars she saw were the very same stars her mum looked at made her feel happy. The thought that she could tell stars everything and they would never rat her out made her feel whole. To put it simply, she loved stargazing. She envied those students whose dormitories actually had windows to gaze at the stars for, much less a whole tower to themselves. Another reason she wanted to be either a Ravenclaw or a Gryffindor at first, aside from their not caring about blood statuses and that she loved the two houses' house colors.
