DEMIGOD
Year 2
Age: 18
Daughter of Demeter
Alliance: Undecided
Appearance:
Eye(s): Dark Brown
Hair: Dark Brown, Bust-Length
Height: 5'1"
Build Type: Petite
Brief Description: The first thing most notice when they look at Noa are the two distinctive moles on either side of her mouth. The next is probably that she looks tired. After that comes the odd fashion sense. Noa has a few... eclectic pieces within her wardrobe and though her clothing choices are often simple when paired with a huge bow or sequined zebra print vest it becomes a little odd. Her demeanor usually screams lazy and more often than not she'll seem as though she's not really paying attention even if she is.
Background:
Mortal Parent(s): Airlea Panagakos (Mother), Junshiro Panagakos (Father) [Living in Greece]
Other Family: Aiko and Ando Takaki (Paternal Grandparents) [Living in Japan]
Pets: Black winged horse
Brief History: Noa's father met her birth mother after a night of drinking at the bar. He and his wife of two years had been struggling to have a baby and the prospects were looking grim. Ironically he met Demeter and he woke up in the morning guilty and swore to never betray his wife's trust again. His well kept secret was revealed when baby Noa showed up on their doorstep with a note.
Airlea was furious but there was a newborn that needed care and Junshiro couldn't do it alone. Airlea began to take care of Noa and eventually began bonding with her and seeing the child as her own. After 3 months Junshiro was allowed back into the house.
When she was younger Noa wasn't aware that Airlea wasn't her birth mother. The woman loved and coddled her and Noa loved her back. She was mommy's little girl and often she'd help out in the garden or kitchen as she seemed to have a natural affinity for those things.
In school she wasn't a stand out kid. She had plenty of friends and did her work. She mostly went unnoticed (unless she fell asleep in class). When the time came to attend university Noa chose to head to the United States, New York.
That was when she first became aware of her demi-god status. It seemed like a perfectly normal walk home back to her dorm after a night of partying but that changed when she found herself chased by a creature she had never seen outside of a mythology book.
Luckily that night Noa was saved by a Saytr and taken from her college life to Camp Half Blood. Over the phone her parents explained everything to her and she's been at the camp ever since.
Personality:
Noa's personality is greatly unmotivated and lazy. She would prefer to sleep her day away than do any work most of the time. She enjoys simple things and will shy away from anything too complicated. Noa tends to be a bit boyish in her personality and mannerisms to her mother's chagrin.

Theme Song: Field of Innocence
I still remember the world
From the eyes of a child
Slowly those feelings
Were clouded by what I know now
Where has my heart gone
An uneven trade for the real world
Oh I... I want to go back to
Believing in everything and knowing nothing at all
I still remember the sun
Always warm on my back
Somehow it seems colder now
Where has my heart gone
Trapped in the eyes of a stranger
Oh I... I want to go back to
Believing in everything
...

It was raining again. It wasn't a surprising occurrence. After all it had rained all nine months of her mother's pregnancy. That's how she'd gotten her name - Nagame. A long spell of rain. Perhaps that was why she was fond of the rain. On days when it was seemingly dry she felt disquieted, uneasy. It wasn't the natural state in the Land of Rain. She was much more used to the crackle of thunder, flash of lightening, clear drops of water hanging precariously on the tip of a large banana leaf.
That was normal.
That was comforting. So she found herself out and about when it rained most of the time. Most of her family members thought nothing of it as well. Living in wet clothing, that was natural.
Nagame's eyes traveled to the forest floor below as she hear the crack of a branch. She was reminded of why she'd come out here in the first place. Not to marvel at the rain. That could be done another day, another time. No she'd be sent by her grandmother to catch something very specific.
It had only been 30 minutes. This would be a new record for her. Nagame wasn't a skilled hunter. Sure she'd gone out on trips with her fellow clansmen occasionally but most of the time the medic was merely there for support if any of them sustained an injury. She still remembered her first kill. It wasn't something she liked to do but she understood the circle of life. It had been a bloody affair and her cousin had laughed at her for being so sensitive. But she was a young thing then and had since learned to kill her prey almost instantaneously.
Still it wasn't something she liked to do. Nagame's policy had always been one of non-violence. She was a doctor, someone who healed not harmed. Perhaps that world view was too idealistic. Especially living where they did, in the time that they did. Their home was a dangerous one. One situated between two rival nations. Even if they wanted to stay out of the fight they were bound to be caught in the crossfire.
Nagame heaved a heavy sighed and changed positions to jump down from the branch that currently supported her. She could hear the cracking still. The deer hadn't moved far.
But then there was another. One that wasn't indigenous to the forest. Nagame turned around, instantly tensing. Someone else was there.
