DEMIGOD
1st Year at Camp
Age:17
Son/Daughter of Nyx Hunter of Artemis
Alliance: Neutral
Appearance: Liv has honey brown hair and dainty pixie like features. She’s tall and willowy and very graceful. Liv makes it a point to be well turned out always and is rarely seen in ratty old clothes.
Eye(s):amber
Hair:honey brown
Height:5 feet 7 inches
Build Type: slender, willowy figure
Brief Description: Liv is suffering from a condition called dissociative personality disorder (multiple personality disorder). She’s had it from the age of 10 and hence has always been considered a freak. Her alter ego is a girl called Ty, who emerges when Liv is under stress. Liv isn’t dangerous at all, whether she is Ty or Liv.
Ty is strong and arrogant where Liv is quiet and insecure. Ty is very outspoken and aggressive, standing up for Liv, when Liv is unable to do so. Liv is a polite and quiet girl and she shares a very unusual relationship with her alter ego. Liv is aware of what is happening when Ty takes control of her body, and vice versa and the time period when either alters are subdued does not result in a memory loss. The other personality simply takes a back seat and observes the goings on. As such, Liv and Ty exist in harmony.
Background: Liv has lived with an abusive father her whole life. The abuse, neglect and stress she had known at the hands of her alcoholic father led her to develop MPD.
Mortal Parent. (s): Tyler Pierce
Other Family: Foster parents
Pets: Snow Leopard named Kalos
Brief History: Liv’s father Tyler Pierce, met Nyx at a free-for-all-booze party. As the night wore on, Nyx charmed the unsuspecting mortal and ended up spending the night with him.
The next morning, when Tyler woke up, the mystery woman from the previous night had disappeared. Assuming that it was a one night stand, Tyler went on with his life in which his main ambition was drinking himself into oblivion. But nine months later, in the dead of the night, there was a noise at Tyler Pierce’s front door. Upon opening it, he saw that there was a basket containing a baby on his door step. Upon lifting the baby from the crib, the basket, which was made of dark, fluid threads, dissolved into the night, leaving behind a letter from Nyx,which explained everything.
Through his perpetual haze of drink, Tyler took the baby in. But as he got drunk almost every night, Tyler became violent and often abused his daughter. Liv took all his beatings, lashings and denial of food in silence. She simply retreated deep into her mind when her body was being injured, and pretended that it wasn’t happening.
One night, when Liv was 10, Tyler came home, more drunk than usual. He tried to strangle his daughter. The girl’s pained shrieks roused the neighbours but before they could batter down the door, Liv prayed helplessly to her absent mother. Suddenly, she felt a ball of inexplicable power forming in her chest and with all her effort, she pushed back against her father. The big man was thrown across the room and that’s how the neighbours found Liv. Standing there, frozen to the spot with red marks around her throat.
In no time, Tyler Pierce was in jail and the social services found Liv a foster family. Within a year of living with her new family, they reported that Liv was displaying two different personalities. During her years of abuse with her father, the strong personality Ty was born, who emerged during times of stress.
From then on, Liv moved from foster home to foster home, having sessions with psychologists, till she was 17. Then one day, in her 6th foster home, Liv finally decided to look through her father’s stuff. Among them she found Nyx’s letter to Tyler. At last after so long, Liv had found the explanation. She decided to go to Camp Half Blood, so she ran away. But soon she was attacked by monsters. Two weeks after running away, Liv found herself in a life or death situation, she was being attacked by a sphinx on 62nd street. She would surely have been killed had no the Hunters of Artemis shown up and saved her. They tended to her wounds and driven by gratitude and a need for a family, Liv took the oath of a hunter. The Hunters gave her a snow leopard as a pet and decided that she should stay at Camp Half Blood for a while, so that she could receive the necessary training
Personality: Liv is a quiet, shy and polite girl who can’t stand up for herself. She avoids conflict as far as possible.
Ty on the other hand is he headstrong and aggressive one,who can stand on her own two feet. She’s rather arrogant but very protective of Liv.

Ty knew she looked amazing. After all, how could it be otherwise? She was perfection embodied, she thought, as she stretched her long legs out on the towel. Her action was much appreciated by the group of male campers who had abandoned canoeing just to gaze at her in admiration.
Her bikini bottoms displayed her flawless figure to its best advantage and in the pursuit of modesty, she’s pulled on a tank top over the upper half of the bikini.
Inside her head, she felt Liv cringe in mortification. {Ty! Stop behaving like such a slut!} she exclaimed inside Ty’s head. Ty just rolled her eyes. Liv was such a nun. No way was she going to give up her enjoyment. As it was, she got such little time as the dominant personality. Liv had gotten better at avoiding stressful situations and since Ty only became dominant during those times..all said and done, Ty was spending much more time subdued than she’d have liked.
Beside her, also stretched out on the coarse grass, lay Kalos, their pet snow leopard. Kalos was the only one who reacted no differently when Liv or Ty became dominant. She loved them reguardless. And the leopard too, was beautiful with pure white snow, dappled with dark grey and black spots. A beautiful pet for a beautiful owner.
I am being followed by dryads, thought Austin, in slight annoyance as he tramped through the trees. He could hear their giggling, but the second he wheeled around to face them, they just turned into trees again.
Thunk!, pinecone hit the back of his head. he gritted his teeth and balled his fingers into fists, his muscles tensing. But he didn't turn around. That was their way of drawing attention to themselves and if he ignored them, maybe they would get bored and go away. Austin continued walking through the woods, his sneakers crushing the sun-dappled leaves underfoot.
This was Austin's second week at camp, and he still wasn’t sure he had made the right decision in coming here. The sheltered, protected environment made him feel vaguely uncomfortable. He was so used to fending for himself and being on his guard.
With a shock, Austin realised that he missed the life or death situations; the rush he got when he knew that his life depended on his fighting skills. He interrupted in his musing by yet another pinecone to the head.
Shaking his head, he cursed Aphrodite for his rugged, handsome features. Then he paused, and took back the curse. A grin spreading across his handsome features, he thought, Nah, I can put up with the girls chasing me.
Suddenly the gurgling sound of running water reached his ears. Finally he had reached Zephony creek, his destination.
Soon the creek itself came ito view, the water rushing over smooth stones. Austin pulled off his shirt; he wanted to get into the water. All at once, a collective gasp echoed from the nearby trees. Shaking his head in amusement, Austin threw his grey T-shirt onto the bank and prepared to get into the water.
With an indignant hiss, Arcamedis uncoiled himself from around Austin's waist and with a motion like running water, he poured himself down the leg of Austin's jeans, and onto the dry bank.
Austin watched his black mamba fondly, as he coiled himself up among the leaves. Arcamedis had been imported illegally from Africa by a gang of smugglers. Luckily, Austin and his gang had a run in with the smugglers and Arcamedis took a strong liking to Austin. In short, Austin stole Arcamedis from smugglers; justice among thieves.
It didn't seem to matter to Austin that Arcamedis' venom could kill 15 men with one bite; he handled the snake like a toy', tugging on its tail, sticking his finger in his mouth. And Arcamedis was as docile as a puppy; only with Austin though
