DEMIGOD
1st Year at Camp
Age:16
Son of Ares
Alliance: Resistance
Appearance:
Eye(s): Blue
Hair: Blonde
Height: 5'11
Build Type: Small and Muscular
Brief Description: Shane is a very scrawny looking young man, but that is mostly because he wears clothes that cover more than 90 percent of his skin. Under his clothes he is actually quite muscular, but not like a buff person, he thinks that large muscles are very ugly on people in general. His skin tone is fairly light, mostly because he doesn't like to go outside much.
Shane has bright blue eyes, that his mother says, they reflect the sky. He usually keeps his hair short, it's easier to fight that way, but once in a while he would grow it out, and keep it combed over to the right. When his hair is short eh often likes to spike it up for special occasions, but on normal says he just leaves it how it is when he wakes up. His facial features are rather small, which matches his small head, so it all looks normal on him, which is a very lucky gene match.
Background:
Mortal Parent(s):
Mother: Lillith Mitchell (Kept her maiden name)
Ex-Father: Derrick Carrow
Other Family:
Half-Sister: Natalie Carrow
Pets:
Cat: Mitsy
Dog: Kai
Brief History: Shane grew up in a small town in Colorado called Meridian. It only had a population of about 200 people. Most of them being old folks just settling down in a friendly neighborhood. He didn't have much friends, and their was only 50 students in his graduating class. He grew up with his mother, and a year after his birth his mother fell in love with a man named Derrick Carrow, and married him a year later. He was the father figure to Shane, and a horrible one at that. Derrick would always abuse Shane's mother, and started to beat Shane once Shane turned 8. When Shane turned 12 his mother had gotten pregnant against her will, she was drugged, and raped by her own husband.
Through middle school Shane was always sitting alone. The other students though he was weird, mostly because he would never want to go outside, and he would sit alone during lunch. And of course the bullies targeted the silent ones. He was beaten up every day, but he never really was damaged, his bones wouldn't break, his skin wouldn't tear, but he did feel all the pain(I will explain this later). As he entered high school he was completely anti-social. The only person he would talk to was his mother. After a year of high school Shane became more aggressive, his temper shortened, and he began to fight back at the bullies, and he would win. He had a natural knack for fighting people. He never really understood it, but his mother knew everything. She decided it was time to tell him of his father, Ares. The news hit him like a cannon ball to the face. He could finally understand why he had been becoming more aggressive. His mother then told him about the camp, after the end of the school year he was sent off across the country to Long Island. His mother divorced Derrick, took custody of Natalie, and moved to Long Island with Shane.
Personality: Shane is a very anti-social young man. He doesn't like to talk to people, and create large conversations. He believes that actions speak louder then words, and he would rather save the talking for later. If you manage to break through his hard anti-social barrier, he is a very friendly person. He will always have your back, and will stand up for you. He can be very protective over the people he loves, and he often attacks people when they are mean to his friends. Most people would call him a freak for doing this. He isn't very good at talking about his feelings, and often just bottles everything up inside.

Fighting Specialty: Close Combat, and Sneak Attacks. He often uses a dual daggers, and very rarely would use a sword.
Describe the extent of your powers/abilities:
Invulnerability: Shane has an amazing gift of invulnerability. This means his skin is unable to be ripped, and his bones cannot be broken. Yet he feels all the pain, so if someone attempted to stab him, it would not pierce his skin, but he would feel the full force of the attack.
Strength: Shane has amazing strength, and often hurts people by accident. He never really understood the full extent of his power, and he most likely never will.
Weapon Mastery: Shane knows of every type of weapon, and he knows how to use them. Give him any item, and he can use it as a weapon. His specialty is daggers though, their light weight, easy to swing, and just as, if not more, deadly as a sword if used correctly.
Fatal Flaw: Shane's Fatal Flaw is his over protectiveness, he would put his life before another's, and would get himself killed if it meant sparing his loved ones.
Theme Song:Pain - Three Days Grace
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
You're sick of feeling numb
You're not the only one
I'll take you by the hand
And I'll show you a world that you can understand
This life is filled with hurt
When happiness doesn't work
Trust me and take my hand
When the lights go out you will understand
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
Anger and agony
Are better than misery
Trust me, I've got a plan
When the lights go off, you will understand
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing, rather feel pain
I know, I know that you're wounded
You know, you know that I'm here to save you
You know, you know I'm always here for you
I know, I know that you'll thank me later
Pain, without love
Pain, can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
Pain, without love
Pain, I can't get enough
Pain, I like it rough
'Cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all
Rather feel pain than nothing at all
Rather feel pain

Penelope was never really the one to fall asleep in the library, but she had been groggy all day, and decided she could use a nap. Upon her awakening she found out that she was locked in the library, there was a giant storm out side, and she was all alone. Penny hated being alone, plus she was scared. She always hated the darkness, and in a place like the library, you don't know what could be hiding in between the book shelfs. She walked around the library for a little bit, not even knowing she had passed a sleeping boy.
Well, the sitting area seemed to be the best place to sit out the storm. There were little windows, and she could position the tables into a little defensive hut.Flipping the tables was easy, stacking one on top of the ones that were flipped on their side was hard. "Damn it, I can't lift this stupid table!" She had a hard time pulling the tables together, she would never stack them. With a growl of frustration she kicked the table. "Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!" Penny had an odd feeling that she hurt herself more than she had just done to the table "Guess I have to use my gift!" She said with a smile, Penny always loved using her gift when she could. "TABLE!" She exclaimed, and with that the table broke into little orbs. It then came back together, upside down, on the other tables, it made an amazing little fort. But Penny didn't count on losing her energy that quickly She had used a lot of force to move the tables, and flip them. Then even more to use her gift on that last one. Before she even made it to her fort, she fell over, knocked out from lack of energy.
