Brief Description: Her figure is skinny and slim but yet athletic. Her eyes are stormy grey, so most people think she's an Athena child. If you look into them, you might get crazy. Her hair has the color of brown, a light brown which sometimes tends to be blonde. It all depends on the light. It is naturally wavy and long, so she prefers to wear her hair loosely open instead of making a bun or ponytail. Even though it might get in the way during a fight. She always wears make-up, huntress or not, she was a daughter of Aphrodite before. Her clothes are something between comfy and chic. She is obsessed with boots, whether with heels or without. She cares a lot about her clothes, sometimes just plain hunter clothes, sometimes typical clothes you see on an Aphrodite kid. Like all the huntress of Artemis, she has a silvery aura around her.

Brief History:
Selene lived in New York half of her life. Her dad was an actor at the broadway, but after he suffered a burnout, because of his busy and stressful life, they moved to a small town, somewhere in the middle of the US. She went to the local school, befriended the preppy girls and boys there ( yeah even a small town has them ), and totally ignored the satyr who was there. She and her friends caused a lot of trouble there, making old people all grumpy and mad. As her dad married her step-mother Isabelle, things got worse. Isabelle was a teacher at a university in the neighbor town. She teached greek myth and forced Selene to learn about it too. Which, Selene didn't liked. She refused to learn and got into more trouble, trying to get attention from her dad and making him hate Isabelle. Didn't work at all.
At the age of fourteen, things have gotten so worse, that Selene ran away from home. At the bus station, she met the satyr again. As they waited for the bus to arrive, some of her 'friends' appeared and teased her talking to that satyr. Suddenly, they transformed into empousae and attacked them. All she could do was screaming, but the satyr wasn't that expierenced yet, so he also just stood there, staring at the monsters in front of them. Fortunately, a few of the 'party ponies' aka centaurs, had a meeting near them and helped them out. The satyr told her what he was and everything, but Selene was uber mad at him for not being able to protect her, even though that was his job.
They returned to her house to get some stuff she will need, and talked to her father, who was shocked to see the satyr with his daughter. He then told her about her mother, the goddess of love and beauty. How he had met her during an aftershow party at the broadway, leaving out the part about her birth.
When they arrived at camp, she was stuck in the Hermes cabin for a few days and was about to freak out, but finally got claimed by Aphrodite then. At the beginning, she was proud to be a daughter of Aphrodite, but after a while this whole love and boys thing got on her nerves. Of course, she liked being pretty and that the boys were after her, but it was too annoying.
Someday, the Hunters of Artemis visited camp, just to stay there for a few days until a job near camp was done. Selene was so fascinated by them, and listened to the different stories the huntresses had to tell, that she decided to join them. Mostly because they hated boys. After saying the pledge, Artemis approved immediately. Since then, she travels around with them, hunting, fighting ecetera.


Personality:
Selene's personality isn't the best. She is arrogant, egoistic, shallow, selfish and cares a lot about herself rather than about others. She likes showing off her arrogance and doesn't hide it. If she doesn't like you, then she will probably tell it in your face and make fun of you, especially if you are a boy. If she likes you ( which is a rare case ), then she will be all nice and friendly to you.

Describe the extent of your powers/abilities:
As a huntress of Artemis, she is very skilled with a bow and arrows. She rarely misses the target when she is calm and the target is not moving. But if she's in a hurry and for example, the monster is running around, then she would have problems to hit it. Same goes with throwing daggers. Even though she prefers to hold them in her hands, two at once. She is, like most of the hunters, a fast runner. But she is a bit faster than the others. Due to her lack of stamina, it is only for a short period of time and she will probably be totally exhausted if she runs for too long.

Fatal Flaw: Selene is a loner when it comes to fighting. She prefers to fight alone, instead of a group. She does things without others opinions and doesn't even think about what might happen afterwards. She hates to wait for commands.
