Alliance: Resistance
Appearance:
Eye(s): Blue
Hair: blond
Height: 4'4
Build Type: Athletic
Brief Description: Daniel stands at the almighty height of 4’4” which is an average height for his age group. He’s an American citizen with white skin. He has blond hair which is more of a dirty blond towards the root and a bit lighter on top. There are often tufts of hair sticking up on the top of his head. He has quite an athletic build due to the way his father brought him up and is therefore slightly heavier than others in his age group. He has a bright pink scar on his elbow and he hates how helpless he looks during an asthma attack.
Background:
Mortal Parent(s): Oliver Knight- Biological father
Other Family: Erica Knight- Step mother
Pets: A Siberian Huskey that he calls Teddy that he got from his father for his eleventh birthday
Brief History: Daniel was born on the thirtieth of August eleven years ago to Athena, the goddess of battle strategy, and a man by the name of Oliver Knight. Once the two of them had been released Daniel was secretly introduced to being weaned by a bottle. She left when he was five months old without an explanation to his father.
When he was three his father married a lady by the name of Erica. He never did like her back then as he knew that she wasn’t the mother that he missed. While his father went to work for his Law Firm in the city he’d stay at home with Erica who would look after other children in their Apartment building while their parents worked. His early childhood days were often spent running around the Central Park playground playing tag with his friends. Little did anybody know that he was being watched.
He first went to school when he was five and would often be bouncing around the house after school, impatient for his father to return so he could tell them all about what he had done at school that day. During the summer holidays his father would occasionally take him to work with him, which often ended up in the two of them consistently getting off task and playing indoor basketball with scrap bits of paper and the wire garbage bin. The two were quite close by the time he was ten years old.
He was on his way to the store- with Teddy at his side- with a five dollar note that he had gotten from his grandparents for his eleventh birthday when he came across a somewhat muscular and crippled teen. Suddenly something.... strange looking began to attack him. The cripple pushed him out of the way of the attack then told him to follow him. He was then taken to Camp Halfbreed. Along the way he found out that his mother was actually Athena and that the ‘Cripple’ was a protector called a Satyr.

Describe the extent of your powers/abilities:
Detailed personality: Daniel is a rather friendly adolescent despite growing up without his birth mother. He'd make friends with any one in any cabin as long as he’s sure that they aren't supporters of the Rebels.
He's also quite a calm person under pressure as well. This was one of the things that he inherited from his father. No matter what the pressure he's under he remains calm. This, however doesn't mean that he doesn't get stressed.
Daniel is almost always cuddley. If one of his friends are feeling down he'll give them a hug. When he’s down one of the easiest ways to cheer him up is to give him a hug and talk to him as you do so. He'll often cuddle up to his pet, Teddy, at night in the cabin as he starts to fall asleep.
Like his Great-Uncle, Daniel appears to be semi-intelligent. Although this is probably due to his photographic memory and the inheritance of the ability to come up with working battle strategies.
He isn't afraid to stand up for what’s right and this is the reason why he sides with his mother and the other gods. His vision of right is one where everyone is treated equally no matter whether they're immortal or not and their is no division between the races. He wants to someday play a role in the destruction of the Rebels.
Daniel is also rather loyal. He'd rather die than betray his family name and his friends. He's completely loyal to the Resistance and would never flip over to the Rebels, especially after what they are considering to do his parents.
He tends to keep himself quite Physically fit as he believes that it will help in some way when he gets to aid the Resistance in the destruction of the Rebels. Every morning after he wakes up he'll do some sort of physical activity (sit ups, push-ups/press-ups, a run, etc.) just to keep in shape and prepare his body for the battles to come. He also prefers to hang out in groups rather than on his own, not because he doesn't feel safe otherwise but just simply that's the way he has always been.
Fatal Flaw:Daniel is too trusting for his own good. He can trust people without checking up on their allegiance. This leaves him vulnerable as his guard is down around his friends.
Theme Song: Someday by Flipsyde
Someday we gonna rise up on that wind you know
Someday we gonna dance with those lions
Someday we gonna break free from these chains and keep on flyin'
[Verse 1]
They tellin' me it's all good just wait
You know you're gonna be there someday
Sippin' on Jim Beam ok
Gotta get these things one day
Till then do another line you know
Searching for that other high
Stop or I gotta steal then steal
Kill or I'm gonna be killed
I got a sack in my pocket
Conscious yellin' drop it
You know we're gonna lose it someday
And we tryin' to hold it all together but the devil is too clever so
I'm gonna die you gonna die we gonna die Someday one day I said
[Chorus]
Someday we gonna rise up on the wind you know
Someday we gonna dance with those lions
Someday we gonna break free from these chains and keep on flyin'
[Verse 2]
Try to lie but it ain't me Ain't me
Try to look but I can't see
Can't stop right now cause I'm too far and I can't keep goin' cause it's too hard
In the day in the night it's the same thing
On the field on the block it's the same game
On the real if you stop then it's no pain but if you can't feel pain then it's no gain
Rearrange and you change and it's all bad and you try to maintain but you fall back
And you crawl and you slip and you slide down
Wanna make it to the top better start now
So I hold my soul and I die hard
All alone in the night in the graveyard
Someday one day I'm gonna be free and they won't try to kill me for being me
Hey someday
[Chorus]
Someday we gonna rise up on that wind you know
Someday we gonna dance with those lions
Someday we gonna break free from these chains and keep on flyin'
If you know how this is
Gonna see it's not that easy
Don't stop get it till it's done
From where you are or have begun
I said keep on try a little harder to see everything you need to be
Believe in your dreams
That you see when you're asleep
[Chorus]
Someday we gonna rise up on that wind you know
Someday we gonna dance with those lions
Someday we gonna break free from these chains and keep on flyin'

Twenty-four hours. That’s how long he had left before he developed a case of insomnia. Before he started craving flesh. Before the cravings drove him mad and forced him to abandon his morals and wonder if this was how the other two members of his family felt under the influence of the full moon. He shook his head out and sent a curse at the knot on the Whopping Willow’s trunk. In his school years he had visited the abandoned shack, never really on the full moon’s but on days that were either sentimental or disturbing to him. For example, the first time he had set foot in the shack was his twelfth birthday, the last being the seventeenth anivarsary of what he had thought was his parents’ deaths.
The shack was a mess. Quite a bit more of a mess than it had been when he had visited the place where his father spent the full moons seven years ago. Dust covered the floor as if it were attempting to put out a fire. Deep scratches scarred the surrounding furniture as if the piece could have its own earthquakes. Stuffing flowed out of chairs as if the stuffing was lava. He then heard the tumble of rock rolling down the tunnel towards him. Someone was coming. He made a dash for the door to the next room, not bothering to attempt obscuring the disturbances of dust in the imprint of his shoes.
He hid behind an open door, counting the footsteps of the unknown person approaching him. As he exhaled from his mouth, his breath lingered in the air symbolising how he, himself did not want to leave the shack at this moment, It also symbolised how he was paralysed with fear. Could this person be Gibbons? Could it be one of the Death Eaters that his second cousin, Cygnus Lestrange, was telling him of? Would he loose his life right here, right now before he even got to hold the child that his wife was carrying? His breath caught when he heard the footsteps stop. He heard a creak of the floorboards then as if a great weight had been placed upon them.
An hour passed and due to the fact that he had heard no noise from the old wooden floor boards he assumed that the weight upon them hadn’t moved. CREAK! He jumped a bit at the sound and hurriedly checked to see if he had bumped the door which, luckily, he hadn’t. He heard the footsteps head back up the tunnel, and he followed them five minuets later.
He saw Sirius then. In a way, he and his baby brother were quite a bit the same. They both were quite a bit the same in the fact that they were both quite a bit like their father. In other ways however they were different. Not only did Sirius receive the full effect of their father’s ‘furry little problem’ but Sirius was more into literature than he was. ”Hey Sirius, what are you doing out here?” He didn’t really know what else to say. Things were still somewhat awkward between him and his baby brother, but then again, that was to be expected when your parents hide the fact that you had another older brother for your whole life time.
