DEMIGOD
1st Year
Age: 16
Daughter of Athena
Alliance: Neautral
Appearance:
Eye(s): Wide and Denim Blue
Hair: Dirty-Blonde and a little past her shoulders
Height: 5'5"
Build Type: She's rather skinny, but is well built and muscular.
Brief Description:
Alana is a pretty average looking girl. She has dirty-blonde hair that goes a little past her shoulders, and wide denim-blue eyes. Her skin is tanned from working and her skin, though not entirley rough and patched, is tough. She is approximately 5'5", and weighs 119lbs. She is rather skinny, though she looks healthy. Her face is heart-shaped and has a ski-slope nose that sits at an odd angle, as it was broken when she was young. Her lips are a pale pink, and she has a rather plump lower lip. Her upper lip portudes slightly due to the large front teeth she has.
Background:
Mortal Parent(s): Father - Mike Chrameo
Other Family: Grandmother
Pets: A German Shepherd - Hero
Brief History: Alana has always lived a normal life. She lives with her step-mother, her father, and her six brothers. Her only sister died in infancy, but she has learned to adapt to her home. When she's not working on her family's ranch, she is often in the house, helping her step-mother keep control of things. Being the only daughter, all of her brothers have always been protective of her. It took a while for them to let her work, as they were concerned for her safety. Alana has always worked hard to keep up with them. Her step-mother stays in the house, tending to things there. Alana almost never sees her father because he is so busy at work. Alana has never had a father figure in life, so anything she knows has been learned from her brothers.
Personality:
Alana is a sweet and caring girl. She is there for people when they need her, but other than that she prefers to blend in. She's rather shy and isn't one to speak out. Most would call her a 'push-over' because she will normally agree with any opinion, even one she dislikes. She's a real people-pleaser, and isn't a person that is normally involved in conflict. Her flaws include indecisiveness and fear of speaking her mind or standing up for herself. She is not one to hold a grudge, and insults and nasty remarks slide off her easily. She is day-dreamy and flighty, and often forgets things. She's a bit of a klutz, but has never done any real damage before.

Lyrics
Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide
No escape from reality
Open your eyes
Look up to the skies and see
I'm just a poor boy (poor boy), I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go
little high, little low
Anyway the wind blows, doesn't really matter to me, to me
Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger, now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mama, ooo
Didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on, as if nothing really matters
It's too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time
Goodbye everybody - I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama, ooo - (anyway the wind blows)
I don't want to die
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all
<short guitar solo, proceeds into faster part>
I see a little silhouetto of a man
Scaramouche, scaramouche, will you do the fandango?
Thunderbolts and lightning - very very frightening me
Galileo, Galileo,
Galileo, Galileo,
Galileo Figaro - magnifico-o-o-o
I'm just a poor boy nobody loves me
He's just a poor boy from a poor family
Spare him his life from this monstrosity
Easy come easy go - will you let me go
It's the LAW! No - we will not let you go - let him go
It's the LAW! We will not let you go - let him go
It's the LAW! We will not let you go - let me go
Will not let you go - let me go (never)
Never let you go - let me go
Never let me go - ooo
No, no, no, no, no, no, no -
Oh mama mia, mama mia, mama mia let me go
Beelzebub has the devil put aside for me
for me
for me
for me
<guitar bridge>
So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye?
So you think you can love me and leave me to die?
Oh baby - can't do this to me baby
Just gotta get out - just gotta get right outta here
<guitar solo>
Ooh yeah, ooh yeah
Nothing really matters
Anyone can see
Nothing really matters, nothing really matters, to me
<instrumental ending>
Anyway the wind blows...
<fade out>

I look around at the trees as they roll past the car. Or rather the car rolls past them. Whichever. Regardless, this isn’t where I want to be. I want to be back in New York, with all my friends. But, no, thanks to Dad’s dumb job, I’m moving to middle-of-nowhere Nebraska. “Dad, why can’t I stay with Mom?” I had pleaded earlier that day. “It’s not fair that Josh gets to stay and I don’t.” I said, crossing my arms. My dad merley shook his head. “Sweetie, Josh is only six. He can’t handle this kind of change.” I stomped my foot. “Oh, and I can? I can just move away from the friends I’ve worked my sixteen years to win? I can move away from the life I’ve been living?” I said, my voice on the verge of hysteria. My dad shook his head again. So that’s how I ended up here. “You okay back there, Squirt?” My dad asks me. I simply grunt in repsonse. How can I be even close to okay? We pull into the neighborhood. The sign is embossed with bronze. Cedar Homes it reads. Sounds like a nursing home to me. The houses are cookie-cutters, all the same. Some young kids are playing in the street, and my dad squeals on the brakes, sending me forward. I sigh and shake my head. He continues again, more carefully this time. Soon we pull into a house like all the others. “Welcome home.” my dad says enthusiastically. I just grab my suitcases and haul them upstairs. My room is plain, all my photos and such in my bag. I take no time in hesatating to decorate. Within 20 minutes, my room feels more comfortable.
I hear a knock on the door, and I run downstairs yelling, “I’ll get it!” I open the door to a boy and girl my age. Twins. “Hi?” I say, my look confused. They shove a casserole at me. “We just wanted to welcome you into the neighborhood!” The girl says, her voice much too peppy. The boy just stares at the ground, kicking his shoes. “Uhm, thanks.” I say. The girl continues to give me a wide, toothy grin. Okay, now this is getting creepy. “Well, I’ll tell my dad you stopped by…” I say, easing the door shut. The pair just stand there long after the door is closed. I shake away the shivers I feel creeping up my back and take the casserole into the kitchen.
